Phil Rushworth is an independent creative producer with a particular focus on rural audiences and contexts. She enjoys work that brings people together to share interesting ideas with time-based media, participation and conviviality.

She has worked with artists and organisations on large and small projects in Devon and Cornwall for over fifteen years, including ‘The Atlantic Project: After the Future’ and ‘The River Tamar Project’ and most recently, as part of Flock South West, producing PEOPLE, by LOW PROFILE and delivering FRONTPAGE/BACKPAGE/CENTREFOLD in partnership with CAMP.
